Love INC: Love In the Name of Christ is an agency that serves to form helping relationships between the poor, elderly, or disabled who have unmet needs to churches and church members willing to meet those needs. Homeless and Feeding Missions

Charlotte Rescue Mission: Ministers to individuals caught in cycles of poverty, hopelessness, and addiction by meeting their spiritual, physical, social, psychological and vocational needs. Monroe Community Shelter: Provides temporary shelter for the homeless population in Union County. Groups from the church provide dinner for the shelter the third Thursday of each month. Contact Kristi Hooks to help DTKikiB@aol.com.

Meals on Wheels: Delivers hot meals and much needed fellowship to homebound senior citizens in our community. Volunteers are needed on a monthly basis to deliver meals. Contact Susan Walsh at swalsh@carolina.rr.com.

Operation Reach Out: Offers help to people in need in Union County by addressing both the physical and spiritual needs of those they serve. They offer emergency food, medicine, clothing, household items, and funds to people in need. Second Saturday Service Day: On the Second Saturday of each month we come together to humbly serve our community in love. There are opportunities for people of all ages to be involved in a local mission on these days whether you are making sandwiches for the Urban Ministry Center or leading a worship service for the residents of a nursing home. Operation Christmas Child: In cooperation with Franklin Graham and Samaritan’s Purse church members fill shoeboxes with gifts for children who live in poverty stricken countries. We also serve as a drop off location for people in the community.
