Men's Basketball

Boot Camp
- adult physical training with a combination of cardio and resistance training, plus core strengthening
- devotion time included at each meeting
- Tues / Thurs 9:30am and 6:30pm in the FLC
- Mon classes at 9am outdoor (weather permitting)
- Cost: $10 per class or $55 per month for all classes

Upward Basketball and Cheerleading
- K-5 through 6th grade boys and girls
- Upward leagues are designed to bring out “the winner” in every child by supportive, encouraging and loving coaches
- separate boys and girls (except K-5 instructional league) teams planned for the 2010 winter season
- 1 practice each week and one game each Satruday for basketball and cheerleaders

- all players must participate in evaluations to help us develop equal teams and to select proper jersey sizes
- 30-min “drop-in” evaluations:
o 5th -6th graders Thurs Oct 21 from 4-7pm
o 3rd -4th graders Fri Oct 22 from 4-7pm
o 1st -2nd graders Sat Oct 23 from 9am-noon
- first game: Jan 8th; end of year awards celebration: Sun, March 6th
- cost per child is $85; after Oct 15, the cost increases to $95 (pls make checks payable to Weddington UMC)
