United Methodist Men

As men in the Methodist tradition, the Weddington United Methodist Men seek to further the Kingdom of God through evangelism and service. We also feel the responsibility to educate ourselves to become men seeking God's will in our lives, to be the spiritual leaders of our families, and to follow the example of Jesus by assisting those less fortunate than ourselves.

We meet in the Multipurpose Room of the Family Life Center from 7:45 to 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month for fellowship, Bible study and mission work sessions in conjunction with a wonderful breakfast. All men of the church are welcome!

Guy's Night Out
The Weddington UMM's next "Guy's Night Out" is scheduled for Thursday, January 26, 2012, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the Youth Center. Our featured speaker is Ron Melvin, a UMM member back home from deployment in Afghanistan and recently retired from government service.  Dinner will be served and an offering accepted.
