Wednesday Nights at Weddington Church

Wee Ones Childcare

We care about you and your spiritual formation, so come along on Wednesday night and bring your little ones for play while you study God’s Word.  Childcare is available 15 minutes prior to your class time and is located in the nursery wing located by the playground entrance.  Please sign your child in at the appropriate childcare room.  We ask that you pick up your child immediately after your class ends.  Parents must attend a class offered by WUMC and stay on the church premises in order to receive childcare.

Wednesday Night Alive for Kids 

5:00-7:00 p.m.: Dinner Time!
Families are welcomed and encouraged to come and enjoy Wednesday night dinner in the Family Life Center. New caterer, new price, great fellowship time.

5:25p.m.: Ride the Big Blue Bus!
Children can ride the Big Blue Bus from the Family Life Center to Helms Hall for J.A.M. (Jesus & Me), their very own Wednesday night program complete with great music, great message, fun, and fellowship. Don’t miss this new program designed especially for those age 4 through 5th grade.

5:30-6:10 p.m.: J.A.M. (Jesus & Me!)
All new! Featuring KIDMO – a new and exciting program with great lessons, great music, great fellowship, and a weekly message that will blow your socks off!  Don’t miss this program designed especially for those age 4 through the 5th grade. (Age 4 & Kindergarten meet in room #204; 1st Grade – 5th Grade meet in Helms Hall)

6:15-7:00 p.m.: Children's Choir
They’re back with new music and great energy!  Join one of these special choirs to make music for the Lord!
        Cherub Choir – age 4, meets in room #20
        Angel Choir – Kindergarten & 1st Grade, meets in room #18
        Celebration Choir – Grade 2-Grade 5, meets in room #19

7:00 p.m.: Childcare
Available only to those attending Disciple Bible studies, adult choir, and adult Bible studies.  Located in the nursery wing.
