Women’s Ministry

Women’s Ministry

The women of Weddington Church invite you to join us as we grow in faith together through Women’s Life Groups, Bible Studies, serving together, and special events. We value building authentic relationships, intentionally growing in faith, intergenerational connections, and much more.  We would love for you to join us!

Women’s Events

Women’s Fall Retreat

November 5-7, 2021 at Lake Junaluska Retreat & Conference Center

We hope you will join us for this special time away from the hustle of everyday life. We have a wonderful weekend planned that includes time to be still, be quiet, and hear the message of hope, love, joy, and peace that only God can bring. Join us as guest speaker, Wendy Pope invites us to carve out times of solitude and quietness in our busy days so that we may grow deeper in our relationship with God and learn to discern the presence and voice of God in our lives.

Come connect with God and other women. Expect to dig deep and find encouragement. Come be still and learn to tune out the things that distract us from God. Expect to hear and get to know God in a fresh and meaningful way this retreat weekend! Registration is open until October 1.

Consider inviting a friend to join you for this time of spiritual growth and renewal.

Some of the opportunities to serve include the House of Pearls, the new children’s home in Monroe, the Community Shelter of Union County, and Operation Christmas Child just to name a few.
