- Recruit and hire individuals for nursery/childcare roles, adhering to church screening procedures for both regular and special events.
- Ensure an adequate number of caregivers are scheduled for worship services and church events.

- Identify and enlist substitute caregivers as needed to maintain staffing levels.

- High school diploma required with further education in early childhood education or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of childcare experience, with leadership roles highly valued.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Reliable with a passion for working with children and families.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Children’s Ministry experience a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
