We understand Christian financial stewardship as an expression of gratitude and faithfulness, reflecting who God has called us to be. In response to God’s goodness and blessings, we give back to His church.

Weddington Methodist Church Foundation
It doesn’t take long watching the news these days to wonder what will our next generation look like. Are we just surviving in the present? Is there anything we can do to improve and equip the next generation for a better future? The very same questions can be asked of believers regarding the faith of future generations.
Weddington Methodist Church has established a Foundation which aims to answer these exact questions in a variety of ways. The goal is to support missions beyond our local communities, invest in capital improvements, as well as aid in unbudgeted special needs of church facilities and ministries.
We all desire to leave our children and grandchildren a strong “faith inheritance,” which includes sound ministries to not only practice and grow in our faith, but to help others do the same.
What type of “faith inheritance” will we leave for the future generation? Perhaps you would consider supporting the Foundation through special one-time donations or through your planned giving. To learn more about the Foundation or donation options, contact the church office.
