Our Mission is to share the love of
Jesus Christ through Recreation.
We are rooted by the scripture, 1 Thessalonians 5:11.
"Encourage one another and build each other up."
In a culture where sports and recreation can demand significant time and energy, Weddington’s Sports Ministry is designed to offer something different.
Our goal is to create leagues and programs that encourage growth physically, spiritually, and relationally, but without the pressure. Through age-appropriate instruction, caring volunteer coaches, and intentional faith integration, participants learn sports skills alongside Bible scripture and life lessons.
