Hebrews:
March 31–May 19
Tuesdays, 6:30–8:00 p.m., Weddington Fellowship Hall, Room 2
Led by Heather Brown
The Book of Hebrews is a rich, dense section of Scripture that was written for a specific people and culture amid martyrdom and persecution—but it is also relevant for us today. This study is designed to help us continue walking with Jesus regardless of our culture or our circumstances. As we study together, we will discover how this book offers a bridge between the Old and New Testaments to get to the heart of the matter: Jesus is our accessible King. He is not a faraway God, but an up-close Redeemer who draws near to us.
We will be using Hebrews: The Nearness of King Jesus by Lisa Harper as our study resource. Please register by March 29 and purchase your book prior to the first session.
