This kind of confidence isn’t built on circumstances going well. It’s formed in moments when life feels unstable—when fear rises, when loss comes, when the future feels unclear. In those moments, we’re often tempted to reach for anything that promises security. But David reminds us that true confidence is found in God alone.


Through Scripture and stories of faith across generations, this sermon points us back to a simple but powerful truth: when life drives us to our knees, we can place our lives fully into God’s hands.
