Overview

Summer Fun is open to rising 2-year-olds through rising Kindergartners.

Children must meet age requirements by August 31, 2026, to attend.
Rising 2-year-olds must be current WCP students while all other age groups are open to both WCP families and the community.

A Summer of Wonder, Faith & Play
At WCP, we consider it a privilege to help children discover God’s love and the beauty of His creation. Our Summer Camps offer hands-on experiences where children explore, play, and learn in an environment full of curiosity and joy. 
This year, children will learn about God’s love on the GO! Each camp week is designed to meet the needs of young learners—encouraging movement, imagination, and discovery through age-appropriate activities led by caring, experienced teachers.
Location: All camps take place in the WCP facilities and classrooms on the Weddington Campus, located at the intersection of Providence Road and Weddington Road.

Registration Process

WCP Families & Church Members:
  • Registration is open to all WCP families and WMC church members beginning February 3, 2026.  Rising 2-year-olds must be current WCP students 
    • A link to the online registration form will be sent to all WCP families on February 3.
    • Once the registration form has been submitted and approved, you will receive an invoice through Brightwheel.
       
Community Members
  • Registration opens to community members on February 17. If you are interested, please email Emily Gray, Camp Coordinator. 
    • If space is available, you will receive an email with a link to the online registration. 
    • Camps are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Cost & Dates : 
June 2–5 (X-treme Science), 9 a.m.–1 p.m.: Total Cost: $175, $25 Registration Fee, $150 Camp Cost
July 14–17 (Camp Edge), 9 a.m.–1 p.m.: Total Cost: $175, $25 Registration Fee, $150 Camp Cost
*the registration fee is nonrefundable
